Proposed launch packages. Final scope, availability, taxes and any third-party costs are confirmed in your quote. Each new website package covers one available standard domain for the first year. You pay renewals from year two. Premium names, hosting, email, paid assets, copywriting, shops and custom integrations are quoted separately. We propose a 50% deposit to begin, with the balance due before launch.

How we use your details

HOSTRINE uses your contact and project details to review your request, prepare a quote, and manage the agreed work. New-domain contact details are provided to Cloudflare for approved registration. Requests are stored in a private Cloudflare database accessible to HOSTRINE. This form gives us permission to respond about your project. To ask about or request deletion of an inquiry, email contacthostrine@gmail.com. Domain registration records may need to be retained for registry requirements.

Can you work on the website I already have?

Yes. Share the website and the problem you want to solve. We’ll review the platform, access requirements and scope before quoting. Any needed changes to hosting are discussed with you.

Who owns my website and domain?

Your business is the registered domain holder. We cover the first year of one agreed, available standard domain with either new website package. We confirm the name and current renewal price with you before purchase. Already have a domain? We can connect it. Completed custom site files are handed over after final payment, subject to any third-party licenses.

Do I need hosting and business email?

A live website needs hosting and a domain. We can help choose the setup, keep existing services where suitable, and arrange email if needed. These ongoing charges are identified separately in your quote.

How long does it take?

We agree on a schedule after reviewing the scope and receiving your content. Timing depends on the pages, integrations and feedback involved.

What should I send you?

Your business name, the services you offer, existing website if any, and a few sites whose style you like. We can then identify which text, photos and brand assets are needed.
